Position: Project Manager
Location: Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Pay: Commission-based pay
What You’ll Do:
Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored roofing solutions.
Conduct Consultations: Meet with potential clients to discuss their roofing needs, provide expert advice, and present proposals.
Close Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or roofing industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus, but not required; we provide training to the right candidate.
Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a proactive approach to generating sales.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
